Prime Atlantic Cegelec (PACE)
Prime Atlantic Limited (PAL) partnered with Vinci Energies Oil and Gas, France (formerly known as Cegelec) in 2005 as a consortium to execute a training contract for Chevron and then formed a joint venture company called Prime Atlantic Cegelec (PACE) for the provision of operations, maintenance, training, nationalization, and commissioning services to the oil and gas industry.
